I chanced upon something I found truly thought provoking and enlightening - building leaders of character and calibre.
This talk by Patrick Awuha is the story of one man's endeavour to build the next generation of leaders in Africa. As one listens to him, the issues he highlights are not isolated to his home country, Ghana. Much of this resonates with me given the part of the world that I come from.
